We proudly ship from Canada to customers worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and other key details.

 

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (product drops, holidays, or sales), processing may take longer.

 

Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

  • Express Shipping (2–5 business days) – available at checkout
    Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs.

 

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary based on location but typically range from 7–21 business days. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and delivery speed. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your tracking number shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at support@urbanklay.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
